About the company
Remote World is partnering with a UK-based property investment company to hire for this role. They manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties across England and handle a high volume of tenant, supplier, and administrative activity. They need a VA who can keep their back office running smoothly.
The role
You'll handle the administrative workload that keeps a property business running — tenant communications, maintenance coordination, supplier management, document preparation, and data entry. You'll be organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple properties and tasks without dropping anything.
What you'll do
- Handle tenant enquiries and maintenance requests via email
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to schedule and follow up on repairs
- Maintain property records, tenancy documents, and compliance folders
- Prepare tenancy agreements, letters, and reports from templates
- Update property listings across Rightmove, Zoopla, and internal systems
What you'll need
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Professional written English for tenant and supplier communications
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and tracking them to completion
- Reliable and self-directed — you don't need to be chased
Nice to have
- Experience in property management, lettings, or estate agency
- Familiarity with property management software (Arthur, Fixflo, or similar)
- Understanding of UK tenancy administration (helpful but not required)
