About the company
Remote World is partnering with a UK-based professional services consultancy to hire for this role. They deliver client projects across technology, operations, and finance and need a project coordinator to keep delivery on track.
The role
You'll coordinate project delivery — maintaining plans, chasing actions, preparing status updates, managing stakeholder communications, and making sure nothing slips. You'll support multiple project managers and own the coordination layer that keeps projects moving.
What you'll do
- Maintain project plans, action logs, and risk registers in Jira, Asana, or Notion
- Chase outstanding actions with stakeholders and report progress clearly
- Prepare weekly project status updates and board-level summaries
- Coordinate meetings — agendas, notes, and follow-up actions
- Support budget tracking and resource scheduling
What you'll need
- Organised and detail-oriented — nothing falls through the cracks
- Clear communicator with both technical and business stakeholders
- Comfortable in project management tools
- Proactive: you escalate issues early, not late
Nice to have
- CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, or equivalent certification
- Experience in agile delivery environments
- Background in technology, finance, or professional services projects
