Remote World is partnering with a US-based digital publishing company to hire for this role. They produce content across business, technology, and finance verticals for a large English-speaking audience.

The role

You'll write and edit long-form articles, guides, explainers, and web copy across a range of topics. You'll work from detailed briefs, research independently, and deliver publish-ready drafts with minimal back-and-forth.

What you'll do

• Write long-form articles, guides, and explainers from editorial briefs
• Produce landing page copy, product descriptions, and email content
• Research topics accurately and cite sources appropriately
• Edit your own work to a high standard before submitting
• Hit word counts and deadlines consistently

What you'll need

• Excellent written English — your writing is clear, accurate, and engaging
• Able to adapt tone across different brand voices and audiences
• Self-directed researcher — you verify facts without prompting
• Reliable with deadlines

Nice to have

• SEO writing experience and familiarity with keyword optimisation
• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress
• Background in business, finance, or tech writing
