Remote World is partnering with a UK DTC beauty brand selling clean skincare –€” a UK-based employer –€” to hire for this role. They've built a loyal following of 400,000 across Instagram and TikTok and are growing 30% year-on-year through organic social and influencer partnerships.

The role

You'll plan, create and schedule content across the brand's social channels, and help manage the growing influencer programme. Working with the Head of Brand, you'll manage the monthly content calendar, write captions, brief the creative team on visual assets, track performance and respond to community comments.

What you'll do

• Plan and manage the monthly content calendar across Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest
• Write captions and copy aligned to brand voice guidelines
• Brief the creative team on imagery and video assets
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth weekly
• Support influencer outreach and gifting campaigns

What you'll need

• Experience managing social media for a brand or client
• Strong copywriting skills –€” you write in a brand's voice naturally
• Comfort with social scheduling tools (Later, Planoly or Buffer)
• Understanding of Instagram and TikTok best practices
• Good async written communication

Nice to have

• Experience with TikTok Creator Marketplace or Instagram Collab features
• Basic video editing for short-form content (CapCut or similar)
