About the company
Remote World is partnering with a UK digital marketing agency specialising in lead generation for professional services – a UK-based employer – to hire for this role. They build high-converting websites and landing pages for accountancy firms, law firms and financial advisers – and manage paid media campaigns across Google and Meta.
The role
You'll build and maintain the client websites and landing pages that the agency's campaigns drive traffic to. Working alongside the lead developer and account managers, you'll build new sites from briefs, deploy landing page variants for A/B tests and keep the client portfolio up to date.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain client websites using WordPress and custom themes
- Implement and test landing page variants for paid media campaigns
- Optimise page speed scores and Core Web Vitals
- Integrate forms, CRM connections and tracking scripts
- Manage deployments and updates across the client site portfolio
What you'll need
- Solid HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills
- Experience building and customising WordPress sites
- Familiarity with page speed optimisation and Core Web Vitals
- Understanding of conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4)
- Good communication – you'll take briefs from account managers directly
Nice to have
- Experience with headless CMS platforms
- Familiarity with paid media landing page best practices
