Customer Support Specialist — $500–$1,200/month USD
We're hiring a Customer Support Specialist to deliver outstanding service to our global client base — resolving issues fast, building trust, and making every interaction count.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound queries via email, chat, and ticketing systems
- Resolve issues efficiently and escalate complex cases
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Identify patterns in customer issues and feed back to product
- Contribute to the support knowledge base
What We're Looking For
- Excellent written and spoken English
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Empathetic, patient, and solution-focused
- Comfortable with support tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar)
- Reliable with a professional home workspace
