Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments
- Run structured onboarding programmes for remote hires
- Manage HR documentation and compliance
- Support line managers with people management challenges
- Help implement engagement and retention initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in HR or people operations
- Excellent English communication
- Strong knowledge of HR processes
