What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels
- Troubleshoot product or service issues and find solutions
- Document and escalate bugs or recurring issues
- Meet daily SLA targets for response and resolution times
- Support onboarding of new customers
Requirements
- Fluent English communication, written and verbal
- Customer-first mindset with natural empathy
- Organised and capable of managing a queue efficiently
- Experience with CRM or helpdesk tools a plus
