The Role
We're looking for an Operations Coordinator to support the smooth running of our global business — managing processes, coordinating teams, and keeping everything on track.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day operational workflows across teams
- Maintain operational documentation and process guides
- Track and report on KPIs and operational metrics
- Liaise between departments to ensure alignment
- Support process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- 2+ years of operations or coordination experience
- Excellent written English
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with operational tools and spreadsheets
- Effective in a remote-first, async work environment
