The Role
We're hiring an HR Specialist to support our global remote workforce — managing recruitment operations, employee relations, and HR administration.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles globally
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support performance review cycles and HR policies
- Respond to employee queries with professionalism and care
Requirements
- 2+ years of HR experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment fundamentals
- Organised, discreet, and people-focused
- Experience with HRIS systems or applicant tracking tools
