Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned role types
- Develop talent pipelines for frequently-hired positions
- Screen, assess, and advance candidates through the process
- Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback
- Report on time-to-hire, pipeline health, and conversion rates
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruitment experience
- Excellent English communication
- Experience with global or remote talent acquisition
- Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
- Detail-oriented and highly organised
