The Role
We're looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our email programme — building campaigns that engage subscribers and drive measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Plan, write, and send email campaigns and newsletters
- Build and maintain automated email sequences
- Segment lists and personalise content for different audiences
- Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
- A/B test subject lines, content, and send times
Requirements
- 2+ years of email marketing experience
- Proficiency with email platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar)
- Excellent English copywriting skills
- Analytical mindset — comfortable with email performance data
- Self-managed and detail-oriented
