The Role
We're hiring a Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for a range of roles across our global remote team — from sourcing to offer.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
- Screen applications and conduct initial interviews
- Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate ATS records and hiring metrics
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruitment experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience recruiting for remote or international roles
- Organised, personable, and target-oriented
- Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools
