The Role
We're looking for a Social Media Manager to grow our presence across key platforms — creating content, building audiences, and driving meaningful engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the social media content calendar
- Create and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter/X
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages
- Monitor performance metrics and report on growth monthly
- Stay current with platform algorithm changes and trends
Requirements
- 2+ years managing social media for a brand or agency
- Strong written English and content creation skills
- Experience with scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar)
- Data-driven approach to content optimisation
- Self-managed in a fully remote role
