Operations Coordinator — Global Remote
We need a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to help manage the moving parts of a rapidly growing global remote team.
Responsibilities
- Track and manage cross-functional operational workflows
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics across teams
- Maintain documentation of all operational processes
- Provide regular operational reporting to the ops lead
- Identify and escalate bottlenecks
Requirements
- 2+ years in operations, coordination, or admin
- Excellent written English
- Highly organised with an eye for detail
- Proficiency with operational tools
- Independent, reliable, and remote-work ready
