We're looking for a Recruiter who combines great instincts for talent with the organisation to manage a complex pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and progress candidates across multiple roles
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers globally
- Manage job postings and inbound applicant queues
- Conduct structured interviews and provide hire/no-hire recommendations
- Contribute to employer branding efforts
Requirements
- Proven recruitment track record
- Excellent English skills
- Strong sourcing skills with LinkedIn and beyond
- Organised, reliable, and candidate-focused
