Your Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment pipelines across multiple open roles
- Design and deliver onboarding for international hires
- Maintain up-to-date HR records and documentation
- Handle employee queries and escalations with care
- Support the development of HR policies for a remote workforce
Requirements
- HR experience in an international or distributed setting
- Strong English written and verbal communication
- Highly organised and process-oriented
- Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information
- Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms
