Operations Coordinator — Remote Global Team
This role is for someone who thrives on keeping things orderly — coordinating everything from process to people to projects in a globally distributed team.
Day-to-Day
- Own operational checklists and recurring process tasks
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions
- Monitor operational health and flag risks early
- Support finance and HR teams with operational administration
- Contribute to continuous improvement of business processes
Requirements
- Ops, admin, or EA background
- Excellent English written communication
- A natural organiser who pays attention to detail
- Proactive communicator
- Comfortable in a fully remote, async environment
