Remote Technical Support Engineer

Our customers rely on our platform and we need a Technical Support Engineer to be there when things go wrong — combining technical expertise with excellent communication.

What You'll Do

  • Own technical support tickets from triage to resolution
  • Work with engineering to investigate and resolve product bugs
  • Guide customers through technical configurations and integrations
  • Write clear, accurate knowledge base content
  • Contribute to reducing recurring support issues

Requirements

  • Technical aptitude — ideally from a software or IT background
  • Excellent written English
  • Systematic troubleshooting approach
  • Calm under pressure and customer-focused
  • Reliable in a remote support role
