Remote Technical Support Engineer
Our customers rely on our platform and we need a Technical Support Engineer to be there when things go wrong — combining technical expertise with excellent communication.
What You'll Do
- Own technical support tickets from triage to resolution
- Work with engineering to investigate and resolve product bugs
- Guide customers through technical configurations and integrations
- Write clear, accurate knowledge base content
- Contribute to reducing recurring support issues
Requirements
- Technical aptitude — ideally from a software or IT background
- Excellent written English
- Systematic troubleshooting approach
- Calm under pressure and customer-focused
- Reliable in a remote support role
