Our people team needs a Recruiter who can identify, attract, and convert top talent across multiple disciplines — with full ownership of your roles.
What You'll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements
- Source proactively across LinkedIn, job boards, and communities
- Screen and interview candidates for culture and competency fit
- Manage offer negotiations and start-date logistics
- Continuously improve our hiring process
Requirements
- In-house or agency recruitment experience
- Excellent written English — you'll write job ads and outreach
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Organised and able to balance speed with quality
- Comfortable in a fully remote recruiting role
