Remote Business Analyst

We need a Business Analyst who can bring rigour and clarity to complex business problems — working across departments and helping translate strategy into executable plans.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and process mapping sessions
  • Document AS-IS and TO-BE workflows
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Write user stories and acceptance criteria for tech teams
  • Track benefits realisation post-implementation

Requirements

  • BA experience with strong process and requirements skills
  • Excellent written English
  • Analytical mindset and structured communication style
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Visio
  • Reliable and self-managed in remote teams
