We need a dependable HR Coordinator to keep our people processes running smoothly — supporting a global team across multiple countries.
Core Duties
- Manage recruitment logistics and applicant tracking
- Coordinate contracts, onboarding documents, and equipment setup
- Track HR metrics like headcount, attrition, and time-to-hire
- Support the Head of People with special projects
- Ensure compliance with remote-work HR requirements
Skills Needed
- Solid HR administration experience
- Strong written and verbal English
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-growing company
