HR Coordinator — Remote
We're looking for an HR Coordinator to support our people operations as we scale — recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records, and general HR administration.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment processes — posting, scheduling, and tracking
- Manage onboarding and offboarding workflows
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
- Support policy communication and documentation
- Respond to employee HR queries promptly
Requirements
- 1+ year of HR or people operations experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and discreet
- Comfortable with HRIS and digital tools
- People-focused and professional
