Operations Coordinator — Remote
We're looking for an organised, proactive Operations Coordinator to keep our business running smoothly across vendor management, process improvement, and team coordination.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operational workflows and processes
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships
- Track operational KPIs and produce regular reports
- Coordinate between teams to resolve cross-functional issues
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements
Requirements
- 2+ years of operations or coordination experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
