Technical Support Engineer — Fully Remote

Responsibilities
- Handle complex technical support escalations
- Analyse error logs and reproduce issues in a test environment
- Write up bug reports with clear reproduction steps
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical customers
- Build self-service documentation for common issues
Requirements
- Technical experience in software, IT, or a related field
