Technical Support Engineer — Remote
We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide expert-level assistance to our global clients — troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring customers get back on track quickly.
Responsibilities
- Handle tier-2 and tier-3 technical support queries via email and chat
- Diagnose and resolve software, integration, and configuration issues
- Reproduce and document bugs for the engineering team
- Create and maintain technical knowledge base articles
- Identify patterns in issues and recommend product improvements
Requirements
- Technical background — development, sysadmin, or IT support experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Patient, methodical troubleshooting approach
- Comfortable working with APIs, logs, and technical documentation
