We're a fast-growing remote company and need a Recruiter to help us find great people across the globe — owning end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from brief to offer
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networks
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate experience
- Maintain accurate records in our ATS
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruitment experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Skilled at building rapport with candidates quickly
- Organised and able to manage multiple live roles
- Remote-first, proactive, and people-passionate
