Responsibilities
- Coordinate hiring across multiple roles and time zones
- Manage onboarding from offer letter to first-month check-in
- Maintain HRIS accuracy and compliance documentation
- Support benefits administration and leave tracking
- Contribute to improving HR processes and policies
Requirements
- Experience in HR, recruitment coordination, or people operations
- Excellent English communication skills
- Methodical and organised with strong follow-through
- Confident handling confidential information
- Thrives in a remote-first, async environment
