We're building a world-class support function and need a Technical Support Engineer as escalation point for complex issues and bridge between customers and engineering.
Core Duties
- Own tier-2+ technical issues end to end
- Work closely with developers to diagnose and patch recurring issues
- Run root cause analyses on critical incidents
- Maintain a public-facing status page and incident communications
- Train and mentor tier-1 support colleagues
Skills Required
- Technical background in software or IT
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with ambiguity in complex troubleshooting
- Professional and calm in high-pressure situations
