Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Analyse processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Translate requirements into clear specifications for product and tech teams
- Support change management and process implementation
- Produce reports, dashboards, and business cases
Requirements
- 2+ years of business analysis experience
- Strong analytical skills and structured thinking
- Excellent English communication — written and verbal
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and documentation tools
- Self-directed in a remote environment
