Ruby on Rails Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer to work on our web application. Rails is central to our stack and you will be working on meaningful features that affect real users.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Ruby on Rails web applications. Build and document RESTful APIs. Write tests and maintain high code coverage. Collaborate with designers, frontend developers, and DevOps. Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews.

Requirements

3+ years of Ruby on Rails experience. Strong understanding of MVC patterns and REST API design. Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL. Familiarity with background job processing (Sidekiq or similar). Comfortable with Git and remote engineering workflows.
