About the Role
We are seeking a Compliance Officer to manage our regulatory compliance programme and ensure our operations meet all legal and ethical standards. You will advise the business and foster a culture of compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the business. Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and training. Conduct internal compliance reviews and risk assessments. Manage relationships with regulators and external compliance advisors. Investigate and respond to compliance issues and incidents.
Requirements
3+ years of compliance experience in a regulated industry. Strong understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks. Excellent written communication and policy drafting skills. Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders. Relevant certification (CAMS, CCEP, or similar) preferred.
