About the Role
We are hiring a Partnership Manager to identify, develop, and manage strategic partner relationships. You will create win-win arrangements that drive mutual growth and customer value.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and negotiate with strategic and technology partners. Develop and manage partner agreements and go-to-market plans. Enable partners with resources, training, and co-marketing support. Track and report on partner revenue contribution and ROI. Build long-term relationships that create sustainable business value.
Requirements
3+ years of partnerships, alliances, or business development experience. Strong network and relationship-building ability. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Commercial acumen and ability to structure mutually beneficial deals. Self-directed and effective working remotely across time zones.
