About the Role
We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to manage the movement of goods across our supply chain. You will coordinate shipments, resolve issues, and keep our operations running on time.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and freight forwarders. Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or disruptions. Communicate with suppliers, warehouses, and customers on delivery status. Prepare shipping documentation and ensure regulatory compliance. Monitor logistics performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Requirements
2+ years of logistics or supply chain coordination experience. Understanding of import/export regulations and incoterms. Proficiency with logistics software and ERP systems. Strong problem-solving skills and composure under pressure. Excellent communication with internal and external partners.
