UX Researcher

About the Role
We are hiring a UX Researcher to plan and conduct user research that informs product strategy and design decisions. Your insights will keep our products user-centred as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies. Apply a range of methods including interviews, surveys, usability tests, and diary studies. Synthesise findings into clear, actionable insights. Present research to product, design, and leadership teams. Build a research culture and repository across the organisation.
Requirements
2+ years of UX research experience. Proficiency with research tools (UserTesting, Maze, Hotjar, or similar). Strong analytical and synthesis skills. Excellent communication and storytelling with data. Experience working within a cross-functional product team.
