Contract Manager

About the Role

We are hiring a Contract Manager to oversee the lifecycle of commercial contracts — from drafting and negotiation through compliance and renewal. You will safeguard the company's interests and manage risk.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements. Maintain the contract management system and ensure timely renewals. Identify and escalate contractual risks to legal and leadership. Collaborate with sales, procurement, and finance teams on contract requirements. Develop and maintain contract templates and playbooks.

Requirements

3+ years of contract management or commercial legal experience. Strong negotiation and drafting skills. Familiarity with commercial contract types (NDAs, SaaS, procurement). Excellent attention to detail and risk awareness. Proficiency with contract lifecycle management tools.
