Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging online tutoring sessions via video conferencing. Assess student needs and adapt lessons accordingly. Track student progress and communicate with parents where relevant. Prepare lesson materials and practice exercises. Maintain high student satisfaction and retention rates.
Requirements
Degree in a relevant subject area or equivalent expertise. 1+ years of teaching or tutoring experience. Excellent communication and ability to explain concepts clearly. Patient, encouraging, and adaptable teaching style. Reliable internet and a quiet, professional setting.
