About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Manager to streamline our business processes and ensure operational excellence across the organisation. You will partner with leadership and teams to build scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities
Identify inefficiencies and lead process improvement initiatives. Manage cross-functional operational projects. Build and maintain operational dashboards and reporting. Develop standard operating procedures and documentation. Support strategic planning with operational insights.
Requirements
4+ years of operations management experience. Strong project management and analytical skills. Experience implementing process improvements. Proficiency with operational tools and project management software. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
