About the Role
We are hiring a Business Analyst to work across the organisation, gathering requirements, mapping processes, and translating business needs into clear specifications for technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements. Map current and future-state business processes. Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define solutions. Collaborate with product and engineering teams on solution delivery. Track and communicate project progress and issues.
Requirements
3+ years of business analysis experience. Strong skills in requirements gathering and process mapping. Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, or Visio. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.
