About the Role
We are looking for a certified Scrum Master to coach and facilitate our engineering teams. You will remove blockers, improve processes, and help teams deliver at their best.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate sprint ceremonies — planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives. Remove impediments and protect teams from distractions. Coach teams on Agile principles and practices. Track and report on team velocity and delivery metrics. Collaborate with product management on roadmap and backlog health.
Requirements
2+ years of Scrum Master experience. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent. Strong facilitation and coaching skills. Experience working with distributed Agile teams. Ability to influence without authority and drive continuous improvement.
