About the Role
We are looking for a UX Designer to lead user research and experience design for our products. You will advocate for users at every stage of the design and development process.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research including interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes. Collaborate with product managers and engineers on design solutions. Contribute to and maintain our design system. Present designs and rationale to stakeholders.
Requirements
3+ years of UX design experience. Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design process. Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools. Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
