About the Role
We are hiring a Learning and Development Specialist to design and deliver programmes that help our people grow professionally and personally. You will shape our learning culture as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
Assess training needs across teams and design relevant learning solutions. Develop e-learning content, facilitator guides, and onboarding programmes. Manage the LMS and track learning completion and effectiveness. Partner with managers on individual development planning. Evaluate and iterate on programmes based on feedback and outcomes.
Requirements
2+ years of L&D or instructional design experience. Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Rise, or similar). Strong facilitation and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively with a remote, distributed workforce. Passion for learning and developing others.
