About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for a range of roles across the business. You will identify great candidates, run efficient processes, and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and job profiles. Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and direct outreach. Screen, interview, and present shortlists to hiring teams. Manage the offer process and negotiate effectively. Maintain ATS records and report on hiring metrics.
Requirements
2+ years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency). Strong sourcing skills and ability to build talent pipelines. Excellent communication and candidate management skills. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems. Data-driven approach to recruiting metrics and reporting.
