About the Role
We are hiring an HR Generalist to support our distributed team across the full employee lifecycle. You will be a trusted partner for managers and employees alike.
Key Responsibilities
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes. Advise managers and employees on HR policies and procedures. Support performance review cycles and employee development programmes. Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data. Ensure compliance with employment law across relevant jurisdictions.
Requirements
2+ years of HR generalist experience. Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices. Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday, BambooHR, or similar). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
