About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to analyse and improve the end-to-end customer journey. You will identify pain points, design better experiences, and track the impact of improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Map and analyse the customer journey to identify friction points. Lead initiatives to improve CSAT, NPS, and CES scores. Work cross-functionally with product, support, and marketing teams. Collect and synthesise customer feedback from multiple sources. Report on CX metrics and recommend improvements.
Requirements
2+ years of CX, UX research, or customer support experience. Strong empathy and passion for delivering great experiences. Analytical skills to interpret survey data and customer metrics. Excellent written and verbal communication. Experience with CX tools such as Qualtrics, Medallia, or Intercom.
