About the Role
We are looking for a responsive and empathetic Live Chat Agent to support our customers through our live chat platform. Speed, accuracy, and warmth are the hallmarks of success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Handle multiple simultaneous live chat conversations. Resolve common customer issues quickly and accurately. Escalate complex queries to the appropriate team. Maintain customer satisfaction scores above target. Update tickets and records after each interaction.
Requirements
1+ years of live chat or customer service experience. Fast, accurate typing skills (50+ WPM preferred). Able to multitask across several conversations. Clear and friendly written communication. Reliable home working setup with stable internet.
