Customer Success Manager

About the Role
We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to own the post-sale customer relationship. You will drive product adoption, retention, and expansion by ensuring customers realise full value from our platform.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard new customers and guide them to early success milestones. Conduct regular check-ins, QBRs, and health reviews. Identify upsell and expansion opportunities. Proactively manage at-risk customers and reduce churn. Act as the voice of the customer internally to influence product development.
Requirements
2+ years of customer success or account management experience. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Experience with CRM and CS platforms (Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar). Commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities. Self-organised and effective in a remote environment.
