About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional service to our users via email, chat, and phone. You will be the human face of our brand for customers who need help.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a timely and friendly manner. Resolve product issues, account queries, and billing questions accurately. Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team. Document common issues and contribute to the knowledge base. Meet quality and productivity targets consistently.
Requirements
1+ years of customer support or service experience. Clear, empathetic written and verbal communication. Patience and composure when handling difficult situations. Familiarity with help desk tools (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or similar). Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
