About the Role
We are hiring a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing for our growing distributed team. Accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality are paramount.
Key Responsibilities
Process payroll for employees across multiple countries. Ensure compliance with local tax and labour laws. Manage payroll queries from employees and resolve discrepancies. Maintain payroll records and prepare regulatory filings. Collaborate with HR and finance teams on headcount changes.
Requirements
2+ years of payroll processing experience. Familiarity with international payroll and multi-currency processing. Proficiency with payroll software (ADP, Gusto, Rippling, or similar). High level of accuracy and confidentiality. Strong organisational and communication skills.
