About the Role
We are looking for an E-commerce Manager to take ownership of our online store operations, performance, and growth strategy. You will manage everything from product listings to conversion optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day e-commerce store operations. Optimise product listings, pricing, and merchandising. Drive conversion rate improvements through testing and analysis. Coordinate with marketing teams on promotions and campaigns. Oversee inventory, fulfilment, and customer experience workflows.
Requirements
3+ years of e-commerce management experience. Proficiency with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of e-commerce analytics and conversion optimisation. Experience managing digital marketing channels. Data-driven and commercially minded.
